Create IMPORT SCRIPT to upload products in CSV/XML to our MYSQL Database

We are looking for a developer to create an extension that will enable us to upload products in bulk, to our MYSQL database. So that we know you are human, type IMPORTFILESTOMYSQL at the beginning of your proposal. We need the extension to upload thousands of products per minute. Our website is built on PHP/MYSQL. The extension will used by the admin in the backend and specified users in the front end. We would like to be able to import these products from CSV and XML files. We will provide shortlisted developers with a sample file to test the upload speed, which we expect to be a couple of thousand products per second. Q & A 1) What framework your website is developed in? Is it custom PHP/mySQL or any other framework? CUSTOM PHP/MYSQL 2) Do we need to import images also or only products data into mySQL? YES, WE WILL NEED TO IMPORT REMOTE IMAGES. (THEY HAVE A URL) 3) Does this job also include any changes in your current system like giving access who can use this import script? YES, YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE A WAY FOR USERS TO ACCESS THIS VIA ADMIN PANEL AND FRONTEND. HOWEVER, IF WE AGREE, WE CAN HAVE OUR DEVELOPER CREATE THIS FEATURE. 4) Do you have to upload products only once or you will be using this utility on regular basis? THIS UTILITY WILL BE USED ON A REGULAR BASIS TO UPDATE THE IMPORTED PRODUCTS IN THE DATABASE. 5) How many products are you expecting to upload in one import? ANYWHERE FROM 30 PRODUCTS TO 2 MILLION PRODUCTS 6) Can you please share a sample csv/XML file?
