Build a Website - A Poster Generator

I am looking for someone to help me design/build a website that would generate a poster from a set template by taking the information filled out in forms by the end user (Real estate agents). I am looking to build a site that would help realtors generate open house posters on the fly. The website that I am looking for your help to build should be able to perform the following tasks: 1) ask for information regarding a property to be filled out in a form - address - size of of the property - open house date, etc 2) ask the user to upload pictures of the property, a picture of them self, and the company logo 3) generate a poster from a pre-set template using all the information and images uploaded I am not very familiar with web design.
