Design a Banner

I need BUILDING CHARACTER & DEVELOPING MINDS written in SuperClarendon Regular font and in 3D effect in glowing gold color. I also need MCC ACADEMY written in the same style. Background color should be C:26% M:97% Y:78% K:60% burgundy like color in both writings. First one should be in 148"x17" (Letters should be 15" high centered vertically and horizontally) and second one should be 60"x20" (Letters should be 18" high centered vertically and horizontally) I also need vector files, PNG format (600 dpi) image file and PDF files of the graphics. I need this project done ASAP.
