Revamp a Gaming Community Logo\Banner + extra paid work

I am the community leader of an online gaming group, I originally did and try to do all my own design work, I am a novice and unfortunately I have an eye condition that now prevents me spending countless hours designing and improving our community image. So I reach out to you in the hopes someone out there sees what I see in my mind and can produce it. I would like a revamped HD logo. This is my current logo/banner: [login to view URL] Website [login to view URL] Website: [login to view URL] I would like the logo to remain very similar: A molten glowing shark (animated in other jobs) on a shield with molten wings. I’m not in love with the text effect and need something I can work with in other works. Something with impact that iron steel block look I don’t mind the font used now but im looking for molten lava effect kinda like this: [login to view URL] Our colours are orange (molten) & black with silvery or grey metal or rusted like the theme of the site now that will remain. I’m not a fan of the cogs on my current banner. I have lost a large number of my vectors this is all I can offer from the current logo: [login to view URL] If you feel you have a better shield or wing design don’t be shy. I need to be able to use this logo on shirts business cards and other merchandise. Note this contest is not only for the above but also for extra paid work I will offer the winner.
