Mail Flyer that looks better than the template attached

I'm looking for a flyer that is a modern, clean version of the flyer attached. As you can see, the attach flyer sucks. It's too busy, the stock images are dated and old, and there is no color. Not to mention it was designed in Microsoft Word vs. an actual design program like InDesign or Photoshop This is a job I want completed ASAP and need it in a few hours. I'd like the messaging to be editable so I can change the bubbles but I'd like cleaner use of stock images, and a seamless looking flyer. Looking for someone who has: - Designed print flyers before with success - Can make a flyer template that's editable for text Requirements for flyer: - Room for "offer" to go - Room for "promotion" or "giveaway" to go - Room for "legal text" on the bottom of the back. The company colours are Blue and White so I'd like to use that primarily. All company logos will be provided.
