Baby mobile design - professional concept drawing required.

I require a professional concept drawing for a baby mobile that can be hung from a ceiling or attached the side of a baby cot. I am looking for a specialist drawing which can be used for further drawings with scales etc and also for drawings which can be used by a factory to produce prototypes etc. The mobile will consist of 6 aeroplanes hanging from arms which will project outwards from a central mount. The central mount will have a motor within to slowly spin the mobile and a speaker to project a tune from within. Each arm will have a wire running out of the end which the model aeroplane will hang from, the planes will also be required to move up and down in the final design. Attached is a very simple concept drawing. Also is attached are 6 photographs of the aircraft in mind. Each aircraft must be drawn in British Airways colors. The wheels in the drawing are to be in a retracted state. The aircraft required are the Airbus 320, Airbus 380, Boeing 767-300, Boeing 777-300, Boeing 787 and Boeing 747-400. All of the aircraft are required to be drawn to scale against each of the other aircraft. At the end of the left wing is to be a greed light, the right wing a red light, which would flash on and off in the final build model. The front requires a white light and two lights at the rear of the aircraft to highlight the tail fin. I would be grateful if you can provide a cost and the timescale for providing this drawing.
