Google Workspace Support Specialist -- 2

Job Responsibilities: Provide real-time support for Google Workspace applications, resolving any issues that arise and ensuring smooth operation across our organization. Manage the Google Workspace Admin Console, including user accounts, security settings, and access permissions. Train staff on best practices for using Google Workspace tools and troubleshoot any usage or technical difficulties encountered. Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and application configuration. Collaborate with IT staff to integrate Google Workspace with other tools and systems, ensuring seamless functionality. Stay updated with new features and updates within the Google Workspace platform and advise on the adoption of new functionalities to improve workflow. Qualifications: Proven experience in IT support, specifically with Google Workspace or similar cloud productivity tools. Strong understanding of Google Workspace Admin Console and end-user applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. German is a plus. A proactive approach to service, with a readiness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
