Hi there I have a full background in ArcGIS 3, 9 and 10.1 as well as QGIS. I have been working with GIS for over six years now. I am well capable of projecting your shapefiles to the correct projection. If you could please let me know what projection you would like or else we can use the recommended projection for your area. Linking the Address from a point file to a polygon feature is easily achieved through a spatial join. I can provide both the final shapefile and excel sheet to you. I'm also free to help over the next four weeks, although I think we can complete the job before 4 weeks, depending on the size of the shapefile. Please consider me for your bid. I am a cartographer with GIS and Territorial Planning specialization. I had projects like creating a digital cartographic database for a settlement. Where all the info was coming from different source and had to be correlated into a single cartographic geodatabase.
