Flash Crossword Required with auto redirect after completion

Hello I would like the attached questions and answers converted into a Flash crossword. After the user completes the last question successfully I would also like it to redirect to a particular webpage of my choice. I have attached a sample crossword which you may configure or you may use your own existing code. I would like to be able to upload the files directly into my web host and for it to work without any major configuration or database required.
