Flash Action Script EXPERT Wanted

We are looking for Flash Action Script EXPERT to build Flash Player for us, the player will have two streams running simultaneously in the same player window and the complex part is that both should remain in sync throughout. Additionally we would like to build a dynamic menu having different features, including server side calls and client side javascript integration. One important feature that the dynamic menu will provide will be, directly jumping to specific time in the stream...again keeping both streams in sync. All the data used will be dynamically fetched from our server using XML, which the player will then parse and make use of it. The XML will contain all the text, path to images and stream properties. The player has to be compatible with Flash version 7 and upwards. IMPORTANT NOTE: 1) This opportunity is only for Flash Action Scripts EXPERTS Having programming background, you will have to show us your live work along with sample code to prove your skills before getting selected. 2) Flash designers need not to apply and will be rejected out right. 3) We are already short of time and running hard on deadline thus we need dedicated and full time people
