Animation 3D SOFTWARE WANTED

I'm looking for someone with a program that is similar to http://www.xtranormal.com. The program should allow me to be able to create 5 different faces...5 Different skin complexions..and at least 10 different hair styles and clothing and body weight. It should allow me to create at least 8 background themes like a suburban area or tv hosting show..tc I do not need a website. I'm just looking for someone who has this software already for download or someone that can create one for me. I seen other software being sold for around $30-85 on GAF. Here is an example of what I'm talking about. I'm not looking for writers, actors only people who can create the software for me. This is for my my own personal use,,,but I want it to be USER FRIENDLY as possible. Please do not bid if you are a scammer or can't do this for $50.00 or under. If the software is to my standards I will pay up to $100 but will not go over that amount. The software must be user friendly. If you have a free/sample version to allow me to try it then please send.
