Your challenge: The project of our customer aims to harmonize and standardize our customers Order2Fufillment to Cash processes. Within the next 18-24 Months they will touch each market and each country of our customer. You will play a pivotal role in the deployment of the project finance solutions, which is foundational to enable our customer to Automate and Digitalize it’s processes. You will be part of the cross functional team serving a specific Market. The team will be end2end responsible for the deployment of the solution in the Market. Your responsibilities Support Build phase • Interact with Business Analysts and IT build teams to ensure capabilities are built in line with user requirements. • Ensure processes, IT and EIM solutions are working according to the requirements by providing test scenario’s and actual testing within the agile/scrum development teams • Bring the Scope Topics for the specific deployment to the CCB Drive deployment • Drive the deployment of the Finance solution in the Market. • Main Finance point of Contact for the local Market and the supporting Hubs and Infosys teams. • Liaison between the Country team, the Hubs teams, the Infosys teams and the Central team • Manage Local Finance Stakeholders, including governance meetings • Empowered to make decisions within the boundaries of the Global Template • Drive Change Management within the Finance Domain Drive execution of user acceptance testing • Manage local Stakeholders • Provide change and deployment readiness information to relevant stakeholders. • Support the delivery of training to end-users • Drive business readiness Cut over / Go live support • Drive the localization of the global Cut over approach to reflect the local Needs • Provide Go live Support • Manage Hypercare After completion of the deployment, you will return to the Finance Process team. Your team Local deployment team will consists of an End2End Project Manager, Functional BPEs / BAs (SCM and Finance), SMEs and Change and Organizational Design specialists. You will report functionally to the finance GBPO and a dotted line into the End2End Project Manager For functional questions about the template you will be supported by the Central BPE team. Design of Local, Fiscal Requirements (LFRs) will be driven by the local SMEs and validated by the central BPE and BAs.
