We are Maryland's largest real estate brokerage dedicated solely to representing landowners when they sell. We have a database that we've created from tax records of landowners, representing farms, woods and fields. This list needs to be cleaned up and multiple blank fields have information added from data that can be found on other government websites - zoning, water, sewer classification, preservation status, etc. This isn't a particularly difficult task, but with so many names, and a lot of data it is a time consuming one. We anticipate that the entire project will be in excess of 60,000 landowners each with their own record. Our master database is broken down by county, so it is possible, and more convenient, to have multiple people working on the project - each with their own county.
