I hired this freelancer because he seemed professional and nice. I trained this freelancer on the task he had to do. Then, when he started the task, I was available to ask questions. Nevertheless, he did the work late because it was a holiday in India (which he did not mention until I noticed that he was not online when he was supposed to be). When he actually did do the work, he only did about half of what others have done. It took him 2 days to do what others did in half a day. As a result of the poor quality and lateness in his work, I was put in a huge bind with a client. He apologized, admitted to his mistakes, and he said that he did not want to get paid because he knew that he did not do a good job. Suddenly, one month later, he demanded payment. His tone and language was not professional. He did a complete 180. I would not work with this freelancer again.
