Do some data entry

I have some work, in an Excel spreadsheet. Im looking for someone to create a number of excel spreadsheets to be utilized in my millwork/cabinetry shop. Ideally i would need a set of sheets that can be filled out and be accessible by several users which can go from job details and customer info to material order sheets to receiving and into a packing list to load and deliver. There would need to be work orders for the shop as well as a master job sheet with all relevant info for the job. Making all this tie into a scheduling platform such as google calendar (which we use now) and having install and delivery dates updated right from the sheets to the calendar would also be ideal. Ease of use for data input is critical to cut down on the amount of time it takes to fill in info necessary to complete the task. Tieing all this into a master sheet to view all jobs and what deficiencies they have as well as how much is complete is also necessary. The main idea is organisation of the many small details that go into a job as well as a central set of forms that can answer the bulk of the questions that arise from shop staff on a daily basis. Having a reliable system and set of forms that prevent access to the next step or fillable portion will prevent the data user from forgetting or neglecting to enter critical info and ensure that the form that the shop sees and builds from is accurate and complete.
