Looking for an If formula that will show price next to a client - the client is part of a consortia where the price list is generic but each client gets a different discount. I can pull through a percentage discount to a client from the price list but the first 179 prices are fixed with no discount and remainder of price list has a client discount. In the attached column 0 is the client discount pulled through with a v look formula, column P is pulling through the first 179 lines which are fixed, Column Q is the price list with the clients discount - I am then trying to get one column which shows the clients correct price - not two columns like I have

Hi there, Need to have the formulas in two columns combined to get the discounted price of clients if there any? First we need to update the formula thus it will not get an error message like #N/A. The range of your lookup is locked and don’t automatically expand. Please message me if this is any of what you need. I can turnaround the file within three hours or less. Hi I've looked at your existing example and you were on the right track with your attempt2, however the test is only valid for the columns as you have them (2). To create a single column of the 2 vlookups requires the correct tests and if logic creating around these, which in turn is difficult to do as one of the lookups refers to an external excel (dropbox) file which is not included so may require a bit of to and fro of excel files for testing your end if required to be embedded into the sheet. Alternatively I can create a "template" formula based on the existing sheet/columns/lookups you can enter into your own sheet and simply replicate to the columns you require message me if you'd like me to carry out this for you Regards Alan S
