I have a 3x3 matrix which contains scores. I need an excel function so that if you select from a drop down the x and y values, it looks up and populates the score. I need this FAST. Please don't respond if you can't do this RIGHT NOW. Please review the demo spreadsheet uploaded. There are two sheets in it.
