Excel telephone audit

I would like to develop an excel spreadsheet that analyses my home phone bill so I can perform an audit each time I receive it each month. I have provided a sample sheet of the data and the call costs involved. I am having problems with categorizing the days of week and times. This is only a sample of the data. It is usually over 200 hundred rows deep and the data in the green changes every month. I need excel to calculate the raw data based on the call rates based on times of day and days of week. The following calculations for various times of day, day of week and time are call are shown on the attachment but I have also provided further information on the calculation required; © Peak times between 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday © Special call rates between 6pm and 12am Monday to Friday that offers a call cap for 2 hours. I also need the calculation to be made if the call goes beyond the 2 hour limit (120minutes) and past 12am © The same applies for the cell phone calls. Calls are capped at $1.75 for 20 minutes between 6pm to 12am Monday to Sunday. Calls beyond the 20 minute limit are calculated at the cell phone rate on the excel worksheet. © For all calls there is call connection fee for home phone and cell phones. Can you also include this in the calculation? Please suggest a fair price for this project.
