Data collection from outlook email (.msg) files in one excel work sheet

Hi, I've just completed an SMS (text message) timesheet application (employees clock-in and clock-out using their mobile phones) that used Outlook extensively (receiving SMSs converted to emails) and Excel VBA to record the messages (job codes within the message text) and timesheet entries (message times) - please see my Profile for the feedback (accessible by clicking my username System3000). Your project will therefore be straightforward to implement. I propose the following: 1. A 'Settings' worksheet that selects the email account and folder to scan. 2. A 'Messages' worksheet that records what messages have been scanned already (so they're not scanned again). 3. A 'Data' worksheet that contains the table and the message contents of interest to you (this could be all or just part of the message text which will be filtered by the VBA algorithm) - formatted to your specification. 4. Any other useful features. Please let me know if I can be of assistance.
