Hello Freelancers! We are TrekConnect, a startup connecting travelers to locals to help with their trip to France. Love talking about your country/city? Enjoy discussing your favorite places to eat, things to do, and have great tips for travelers? We're looking for locals who are knowledgeable about their home country and love sharing with others. We pay $20 USD for each 30 minute conversation you have with a traveler. We're looking for local residents in France who have lived in the area for a number of years and know the area well. Hello Will, As you know, I am looking for work as a translator. Your offer is not exactly what I'm looking for, but it sounds interesting. English is my native language and French is my adopted one. Born in the States, I have been living in Paris for more than 25 years and I know the city very well. My centre of interest is artistic. I would therefore be able to guide travellers and give them tips on museums, temporary exhibits, and interesting places to visit that are not always mentioned in the travel guides.
