Design a 5.8ghz video transmitter for drones

I need to make a video transmitter (vTX) for drones - which means it needs to be quite small. There are countless of them on the market, but none have a unique feature I want, but should be easy to implement for someone who can put together the standard vTX part. I don't want to disclose the feature I want here, but if you can do the afore mentioned, I will give you an NDA to sign and we can discuss the rest, including how much you think it will cost for you to do the design. The images below are of another vTX, which should give you an idea of the size, complexity, and some of the chips used, etc.
