Cleft lip detect symmetry by use matlab image processing

I have picture of patient , i have code for detect part of face Now I need code to can show below list [login to view URL] edge detect of part of mount and show in figure [login to view URL] lip symmetry on another figure and show result value of it too ( by not effect from face rotation) PS: From my code detect face part , for some sample of picture can not crop all of lip ,so need modify on it. (sample picture I will send on chat message)
