Need to create a very complicated and secured website

Hello, We invited you to bid on this project because you are considered to be one of the top coders on this website. We are in need to create and develop a website for our company. Most of the services will be provided on the website. First of all we need to build the website that will be highly secured, we will have a lot of private members information and communications stored on the website, and we can not allow any of this information to be disclosed. We are creating a private network website with the advance search capabilities. So the First part is, each of our members will have a public profile, where other members can see his credentials and his information. When this member will login into our website he will go into his private network. There he/she can view her friends, message her friends, share files with her friends, etc. The reason we call it private network is because nobody but this member should be able to see his friends messages, etc. We will have a professional network, so sometimes members will share confidential contracts between each other and we have to have a highly secured website, where even hackers will not be able to access those member's content. Now this is a backend. On the page itself we will have a search engine that allows new visitors as well as members find professionals in there are. There will be able to search professionals by many different things, like location and experience, etc. We will also have a rating system where members can rate each other services, and then that information will be available on their public profile. Members must be able to share files like word documents, excel, powerpoint presentations right inside the members area (again this has to be highly protected). Members will also be able to buy and pay for services right in the member's area. One more important things is members have to be able to schedule appointments and have shared calendars with their co-workers. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform We do not know what kind of coding we need to accomplish all this goals. We would like you to provide us with information on what kind of coding language you will be using for each part of this website and each option, and how you will be making sure that our site will have a top notch security. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TELL US ALL THE CODING YOU WILL USE, HOW IT IS THE BEST AVAILABLE SOFTWARE FOR OUR PROJECT, AND BE VERY SPECIFIC. We can only decide on the coder based on the feedback you will provide us on what language you will create our website with, and why it is the best language to code with for our website.
