Create a Opt in AND Opt Out box in 1 click

Hi, I need to create a "code" or "script" that OPT's the lead out of an auto-responder while at the same time OPT's them into a NEW autoresponder. Example of the flow... - Lead Enters Email and Opts into autoresponder #1 - I tell them to get me their credt score - The lead gets their credt score - I then tell them to enter their Credt Score and EMail into the form at [login to view URL] Now when they click the "SUBMIT" button I would like them to be OPT'd out of Autorespoder #1 while at the same time OPT'n in to the new autoresponder #2 make sense I hope? - Jeremy ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
