I need to develop an SD Card/Splitter that is able to run on two devices simultaneously. Neither of these devices will be accessing and storing information at the same time. However, it needs to be plugged into each device at the same time. The goal is to have a camera take a picture and then store the picture to the SD Card. Then on a set programmed interval the phone will be able to access the same SD Card and be able to process all the pictures taken since the last time it accessed the card. This has to be run in an environment were the only available internet signal is Edge or 3G so no WIFI solutions will be useful. What I need developed is the physical piece of hardware that will allow the SD Card to be used by two devices.

Purposed system uses two SD sniffer cards wire for connection to a target msp430 board. The two sniffer cards plug into the camera and the phone. A SD breakout card allows any SD card to be plugged in. The break out card Is wired to the msp430 target board. The msp430 passes commands and information from both SD card slots to the SD card. Additionally the msp430 can provide other automation services if needed. Deliverables: Working Hardware prototype hardware, Source code, block diagram. Cost: $750 US Terms: 50% to start project 50% on delivery. Buyer pays shipping. Time line: Delivery 4 weeks after first payment received.
