Looking for PIC Microchip Expert PIC12F510 with Pic Kit

I need a very simple help, if you have already done it. I need to get started with PIC12F510. I have Pickit 3 tool. All I need is to be able to connect the pickit 3 with the microchip processor PIC12F510 and be able to send high or low on one of its IO Pin ( or glow and LED).
Notice that I need only this microcontroller - PIC12F510. You should be able to guide me through the steps and help me trouble shoot if I run into problem.
You must have Pic Kit 3 with you. I can send you one PIC12F510 to you if required ( if you are in US).
