Need to do bulk emailing without getting blacklisted

We are a recruitment company. We have the email ids of companies and few candidate CVs with cover letter. I need someone to email these CVs of our candidates to specific list of companies. Email ids & email content vary based on the candidate's qualification and type of company. Companies are basically from UK. Also I want the 'From/Reply' address should be the candidate's email id. Another important thing is that I don't want my candidate's email id get blacklisted. If that happens I won't pay and also I will put a negative review. So be sure that you can do this work before bidding. Sometimes you have to send from 500 to 10k mails per day. It will be an ongoing tasks for at least two months ( based on the applications we are getting). Also the list of email ids will be sometimes too short some times too long. For Example :- If a candidate an work in Agriculture and Advertising fields. So we have to sent two different emails for two types of companies. So you have to sent mail email content 1 to agriculture related companies which may be only 25 number and the email content 2 to advertising companies which may be around 25000. Bid a price for sending 5000 emails. I will initially set few milestones for sending 1000 emails and if your work is good will increase it to 5000 emails. I will award the project within 2 days after understanding the experience and knowledge of the bidder. So be sure you can do this task before bidding.
