Efficient and effective email and upsell help needed for Squarespace website

Our Squarespace website has been DIY to this point. We need someone to handle the upgrades and updates to the site including implementing an email marketing campaign with our existing list, expanding it, and making our store more beneficial to our clients by linking our service products with our physical goods through upsells and cross marketing for better service to them. We are in a very niche western sports market and will provide content for social media marketing. We just need the right person to stay on top of getting it out there consistently. We plan on staying with Squarespace for the immediate future. Experience with Squarespace or a person willing to put in time to learn it ASAP, with guidance as necessary, is a plus. Someone with a "funnels" mentality and skillset preferred. Ideal person does not have to have years of proven industry experience, but must be a self starting, think-on-your-feet kind of person who works well with others and works hard to get the best results through the best service. My crew has worked their tails off to create our brand. The right person(s) can help us grow it to the benefit of everyone invlolved - clients, co-workers and crew. We are easy to work with if you work. Lazy whiners need not apply. If you don't think all lives matter, this is probably not a good fit for you either.
