High Temp Capacitor Sourcing

Background - QD is a contract MCM or “Hybrid” manufacturer. Customers supply schematics of circuit card assemblies and contract with QD to update the design for high temperature Hybrid manufacturing. When customers supply the design they specify the components to use. These components must be in “die” form in order to be used. Problem - Qd is conducting some electronics testing on various capacitors. We have ordered the following capacitors but the lead times are NOT acceptable. Solution - QD would like a contractor to locate a sample amount of each capacitor and ship the product the QD directly. Contractor would cover the cost of the parts and the shipping, please factor this cost into the bid. Fastest time to get parts to QD will most likely get the bid. I am extremely concerned about time for these tests.
