Startup based on Internet of things

Hello to everone, we are seeking for : Electronic engineer. Each time is harder to disregard that there are many research in tech and manufacturing of internet of thing, we are on a start up based on thisone. In this engineer research we are using a develoment kit over Arduino plataform Integrated development environment. So in order to continue with, we are searching an electronic engineer with skill to Integrated in a sourface mount technology a PCB the prototype for this research and that were able to desing the eletronic card in Atlium Desingner and he was able to recognize electronics component routing in desing of 8 layers Do you think that Do you desig electronics systems. Do you work closely with an electronics and embedded system with sensor conditioning, filtering, interfacing circuits, A/D, D/A and regulation. Do you use others circuit design as a simulator with circuit analysis related with embedded systems. Do you create drawings 3-D CAD modeling. Knowledge of a programming language and basic programming concepts C++. Do you have knowledge PHP flatform mysql Javascript or any kind webpage coding language.
