We are a COMMERCIAL ROOFING CONTRACTOR and area looking for someone to do provide roofing details IN BLUEBEAM. The ideal person would have a reasonable working knowledge of construction materials, and preferably a reasonable understanding of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, SBS, Hot Asphalt, Shingles, insulations, coverboards, etc).
We have a decent library of building components / elements (CMU, stud walls, steel profiles, metal decking, fasteners, drains, etc.) and we are looking to send you manufacturer’s and various construction details (wall flashing, parapets, roof to wall, system assemblies, drains, scuppers, etc) and have those details (which are typically in CAD) created in Bluebeam. This could be done by tracing the PDF or CAD details, or re-creating them from scratch, using either our components, or new components you create.
The ultimate goal is to create 6-10 details (parapet, drain, wall, scupper, eave, peak, drain, gutter, drip) for 5-7 systems (TPO, SBS, PVC, Hot Asphalt, Shingles, etc) that we can modify in Bluebeam for future projects. We also have 4-8 projects a year that require more complex details that will be required by consultants or architects, and we would like help with those on a case by case basis.
Our expectation is this will take 15-30 hours.
