Convert Indy 9 Demos to Indy 10

Looking for experienced Delphi programmer to convert some of demos application in Indy 9 distributed with Delphi 6 so they could work in Indy 10 version (Delphi XE / XE2). The demos are HTTPServer, HTTPClient, and FTPDemo which need to be converted to work in Indy 10 so I will able to modify them with Delphi XE / XE2. Look at the attached file before you put your bid, these demos are taken from Delphi 6 demos application. I think the conversion should be simple for any Delphi experts, so please put your lowest bid as my budget is very limited for this simple job.
