Convert Word formatted documents into an Excel spreadsheet format - repost 2

We have attached a template that we wish to be converted from word layout into a Excel file ( we have reposted due to freelancer who was awarded not making contact). The milestones are : 1. Complete this conversion from word to excel ( document must be split into pages as per the word document in exactly that format) , each converted document must be on one tab. 2. Converted document will be checked - note it must mirror the exact word document and print . 3. We will then upload approx 40 other word documents that just need data entry into the new excel spreadsheet.. Please do not respond if you are not able to do this. THE FILE TO CONVERT IS ATTACHED...
