Data Decryption - Very small amount of data.

I am looking for someone to decrypt a very small amount of data. I have several encrypted pieces of data that are encrypted using an unknown encryption type. I also know a portion of the decrypted data. For Example: Encrypted Data: E7EBDD8500000009F0FFFFFF000000006062DB1AF4F6D12DF4C1CBA49EC4D07CD86C51C54FC5FD72C672DCCAD4D7A27CD5B50000000000000000000000000000 I know this piece of encrypted data somehow includes the following date (along with other information): February 11, 2010 although I don't know the date format. ie. 2-11-10, 02-11-2010, 02/11/2010, Feb 2, 2010 you get the idea. I need all of the information and the format to change the date, and re-encrypt it using the same encryption.
