Hello, I currently work exclusively with excel for a data analyst firm and frequently complete tasks with very little to no guidance. I've become fluent with using Excel's macro function (and python if necessary) to ensure the project is done as quickly as possible. By expediting the data entry I can get the job done quickly and in a format that would be easily manipulated by your staff if needed. Outline: Depending on the the format of the business cards (PDF, hard copies, etc..) I would use python to gather the contact details and assign them to relevant columns.
