Collating Survey Answers

I have ~35 surveys and need the answers to be typed up into a spreadsheet. The survey has 36 questions which are questions about safety - tick the phrase that applies now and future. I need the question number, page reference and answer (1-5) for now and future plus two questions about the job of the person who submitted the survey typed up in the attached spreadsheet. This and a zip of the surveys are attached. I estimate this will be 2 hours work. You must have a zip programme which can join the files together, I used jzip.
