Filipino Applicants only We are seeking a few customer service representatives to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers in the cannabis industry. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries via online chat, and email. Responsibilities: - Become an expert on our cannabis products - Become knowledgeable about company policy - Assist customers via live chat and email - Complete all admin tasks during your shift Skills needed - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Experience with online chat, and email support is preferred - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software platforms We are seeking long-term applicants that are able to grow with us s a company. Rate 400 Monthly for the first 3 months then goes to 3 USD hourly. Filipino Applicants only

I already have the necessary experience that is a match for the job description. I handled 50 to 100 calls per day, depending on how many guests were waiting and had reservations. It was difficult at first because I had little understanding of my profession when I started, but my seniors and leaders are highly devoted towards guiding us. They showed us how to be more active on the work. They showed us the ropes and taught us how to take responsibility for our actions.
