02 - Web-based flashcard application -

Hi; I'm would like to build a flashcard application, this will be similar to question banks where user provided responses determine when they will see the question again. The back-end will contain a database that authorized users will be able to add questions that will contain formatted text, pictures, images videos and sounds. Accessing the back-end should be via a user-friendly interface that support rich-text formatting. The front end will contain options that the customer select to choose what topic they are intersted in learning about. Each customer will have a copy of the database which will change based on the response from the user, when to see each flashcard again, for example see the card in 2 days or 3 weeks and so on. I don't think this is an easy project. I'm very particular on being timely and responsive. when we agree on a deadline I will not tolerate delays. Once this project is completed it will likely require continuous support. please send me full proposal as well as how you are planning to create the project.
