Responsive, clean template for travel blog

I need a very simple and clean HTML5 / CSS template for a travel blog. I intend to publish text and images. Nothing more, nothing less. I would like you to provide two page templates : - The home page, which should display a screen-wide image, a short intro text and a preview (image + first few lines) from the 4 most recent articles. - Individual pages for articles should include links to previous / next article and navigation back to the homepage. On all pages, menu / header links should be linking to individual articles and other pages of my website. Responsive : it should be pleasant to view / read on anything from mobile phone to 4K+ display. I don't need any "admin" interface or code. Generating the pages from the templates will be the job of an existing homemade templating engine, hence the requirement for a super-clean code. I will insert the required template beacons read by the engine. I need the template to be available by Fri, May 5th at the latest. The delay is short, but the work is simple if you have HTML / CSS / RWD skills. It is mandatory that you license your work in such a way that I can change whatever I see fit in the template, but I will happily give credit and link back to you in the footer of my blog. What I am NOT looking for : I'm not looking for a wordpress, joomla or Saas/cloud platform. I don't want any javascript, this has to be pure HTML/CSS. I also don't want CSS "frameworks" (no bootstrap, Foundation etc). Everything HAS to be hand-coded, and lightweight. This is an absolute requirement. I intend to travel to locations where 1MB+ webpages are just a no-go. Please make sure you understand my needs before applying. I won't answer to any applicant who obviously doesn't. Also, please no automated "We are the true masters of <extract from my descrition> since the early 60's" post arriving 10 seconds after I submit this job. I will ignore such applications. Please state your final price in your application. Unless there is a significant change in my requirements, the cost you propose will be final. Don't wait until we are done discussing details and then tell me it will be more expensive because I have to "cover the cost of the freelancer platform".
