Basic Survey Web Site

Hi, I need a basic survey web site. Code part : Use java jsp and servlet Database: mysql Design :bootstrap for nice looking important part: sending mail , pick up date and time check for survey which have to closed on that date and time. It is not for public ,let say in company workers. Two user type; 1- admin ; which can add survey and questions(update delete) Note (put in database to column for admin , so i can add another admin after) 2- user; which can just vote First Login Screen. username and password for login. İf user do not have account, it have to be create with ; Username password name surname Department email if admin login: Admin will see active surveys and finished surveys. Survey can have more than one question. Every question has one question and 5 answer. Active surveys and their questions can be edit or deleted Finished just can be delete. Creating Survey : Name for survey : questions for survey date and time ( survey will finished selected date and time and send result for all users mail address.) if user login: user will see active and finished surveys 1- Active survey can vote questions and end of the questions will receive thanks for join mail. also see results with graphic.(note can not vote again for same survey) 2- before start for a survey , user can see results . 3- user can see count down for survey date and time Web site design; Use bootstrap for a nice looking
