Well - I would like to have good sketch or even full designed house drawings with Finnish building regulations. As we know - under 50m2 small houses has lower regulations than bigger buildings. So - 1930-1940 years feeling, well designed house with maximum spaces (terrace, sunroof) will be a base for several buildings. If you have knowledge of regulation, materials and eye for style - let me know! Note - THIS FITS ALSO FOR STUDENT OR A STUDENT GROUP! Working time until end of May 2018!
