draw existing products to CAD

I need a a CAD person that can input current product line (approximately 175 items) into Solidworks 3D. I will need a copy from CAD and a copy in PDF. I will also have some new items, (approximatley 75 items) that will need to be complete early in the new year. And another 100 throughout 2011. We currently construct sports related storage carts made from PVC pipe. We only use about 100 different parts in manufacturing, and any given cart may have 12 to 16 of these parts used in design. (www Duracart com) The past owner drew everything by hand, so nothing is in CAD. I need 3D drawing to help the customers build the final product upon delivery. Ideally I would like to find one person that would draw these on a per unit charge maybe looking at two different situations. I believe the existing products drawn into CAD will be easier than the new product line. The new product line will be some handdrawn converted to PVC CAD drawn design or convert a photo of a product into the PVC product line. I have attached a photo and drawing of one of our current drawings and a photo of a new product that we will be converting to PVC pipe with the help of a design/CAD person. We will be expanding into furniture, health related products, sport training devices and pool products. I hope to find someone that we can have an ongoing relationship with new product design. Give me some feedback and ideas on how to bid this project.
