CREATE A REST SERVER

Project Title: CREATE A REST SERVER Overview: I am looking for a skilled developer to create a REST server using the C# programming language. The server should have specific requirements and features as per my request. Requirements: - Develop a REST server using C# - Implement specific requirements and features as specified by the client - Ensure the server is capable of handling various types of data Ideal Skills and Experience: - Strong proficiency in C# programming language - Experience in developing REST servers and APIs - Knowledge of database management systems - Ability to implement specific requirements and features as specified by the client - Familiarity with handling different types of data (text, images, videos) We’re searching for someone that could create a REST SERVER. It will be a PC that at any moment can be asked data about status about some hardware connected to the PC and also it can be asked to open 2 exe files remotely. Exe files and data will be provided by us but what we need is the server that is listening requests. Here are APIs needed on the app/server.
