Hi there, I am Alberto from AldoIlsant.com. We have extensive experience in Device Driver development for Windows, Linux and OS X. When working in windows, we have to deal a lot with C# PInvoke and C+/CLI for calling native APIs. Given that the project requires exactly this, I think we are a good match. I am assuming that you need only the windows support for the library ported? I have been taking a look at the source code and we should be able to use only C# with Invoke calls for communication. It might still be necessary to develop a small C++/CLI C# plugin to get everything going on the device side. Having hardware for testing would most certainly help. In our device driver work, we usually take the device and return it as soon as development is finished and stable.
