My family owns a small business that has been operating for over 40 years and we lack a modernize record keeping system. In other words we are still pushing papers. I need a program written to keep all the customer records in a database. I'd like these categories to be included. Customer name, address, phone number, monthly payment amount, payment method(options are, By Mail, In Person, Home Visit, and Other), Customer notes section(a field where we can add notes to customers accounts). I'd like to be able to edit/change all the fields at any time and for to be able to sort the customers by any field. That being alphabetical order, by name, monthly payment amount, payment method, and whether the customer has notes. I also would like to have a simple way to add new records and I want their to be a counter for like amount for example, if a 20 customers pay $30 a month I'd like to know that 20 people pay that much. Another key feature is a 12 month calendar for logging payments, this being beside each customers name with 2 fields for if a payment was received for a particular month and the date it was received, I also like to be able to sort by customers that haven't paid and those that have paid, find a creative way to do so. Lastly I'd like to be able to search through the database to easily find customers by name. The business name is Rockwell Trash Service. Thanks
