Data Center Entry for Hotels and Resturants Summary The system is needed for a data collection and management in 2 languages that will let different users and editors work together and add content into 2 categories. Each category will have its own data entry form: Restaurants, Hotels. The editors need to manage Hunderts of cards and the system should help us keep order in the process and report who inserted Data and when, how many data fields are missing, is the form data approved by the form owner, control which rights any user or editor has. The information collected with the system will be exported by XML to different other websites. Example: A hotels web site will use DCBC for needed hotels content and a Restaurants site will use DCBC for restaurants content. Administartor user Master user has Maximum rights Can edit/update system password. can Edit Add Location Can manage users. Can manage editors and give them access to all categories. Can activate deactivate Cards. can Edit Hotels and Resturants and delete. Master user Master user has Maximum rights Can edit/update all forms. Can manage users. Can manage editors and give them access to all categories. Can Activate deactivate Cards. Editor user Can only add/edit forms at categories assigned by Master editor. Can Activate deactivate cards. Deactivated cards will not show on other websites. Card user Is the subject of the data, i.e., hotel owner. Can update only forms that have his email. Will get a URL from the system to update his data. Can activate - deactivate Cards Can approve content of a card, Proof it and be responsible for its validity.
