Command line wrapper for *existing* QR Code Decoder SDK

There is an excellent software SDK for decoding the QR CODE barcodes. I need a simple "wrapper" for this sdk that can be launched by command line (WINDOWS CMD). Input parameters must be: the filename and (optional) the coordinates of the qrcode on the image Console output: 1) result code (success fail etc) 2) Coordinates of the qrcode into the image 3) ESCAPED message contained into the qrcode. Because the sdk requires a "serial key" the serial key must be loaded from an external .txt file The full working demo sdk can be downloaded here [login to view URL] It's extremely well documented with code samples and my requests are just basic features the decoder offers. (in future I will need the same thing but under linux)
