Business Analysis - Web Requirements Gathering

I am on the hunt for a proficient business analyst who can work efficiently in the retail sector. Your primary task will be to carry out research by browsing and gathering information from 10 web sites as follows: For each of the 10 internet sites (and intranet sites we can access after signing up), I'd like to see : 1) A folder containing a subfolder of the offline files for each of the web sites reviewed 2) A site map (flow chart) of each web site 3) A small fact find about the company. How long has it been established, how many sites, how central (or remote) are their locations, any key google facts about the company that seem odd or stand out. 4) A list of the user journeys/stories for each page in the sitemap. What user stories define what the page is trying to explain/achieve ? e.g. As a user, I would like to know more about the people in this company. Or, As a user I would like to understand the pricing for the services on offer. To name a few. 5) Pricing. A summary of their pricing (per day, month, year etc) in a table. Once all 10 have been collected, a view/table that makes the comparisons easy to read. 5b) As part of above, a list of the free and paid for features / facilities offered in column format. This includes anything provided for free, and any third party integrations with external providers. Will explain more once assigned. 7) A list of the website's search engine results when 3 or 4 search terms are typed. 8) Third party software integrations on each one's web site. Ideal skills and experience: - Proven experience as a business analyst, not one who specialises in technical design/development. - Proficient in information technology. - Exceptional skills in data reporting. - Strong communication skills to effectively gather requirements. - Experience with flow charts (visio), and have various outputs to demonstrate to agree how the information will be presented.
