Heritage Restoration Architect

Hello I am involved in the restoration of a 100+ year old colonial bungalow in the hills. The bungalow is standing tall with 18-21 inch thick stone and lime mortar walls, deodar frames and GI roofing. The lime mortar is crackes on the exterior Over the years occupants and users have painted over original fascia elements I feel that the bungalow has the potential to be restored as an authentic colonial era habitat and be converted to a cultural spot with dormitory / zostel type accommodation and a small cafe. I am seeking a like minded individual to help me restore the bungalow and plan the conversion into a 'zostel' accommodation. The surrounding hill land would also need to be spruced up to add to the charm, and lend space and setting for potential cultural events. This is *not* an online project. This project will require extensive site visits The property is located close to Delhi so only people up North should contact. PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN LIME MORTAR RESTORATION IS A MUST TO BE PART OF THIS ENDEAVOUR.
