We have the Architectural Design plans, layout interior and exteriors elevations in 2D and 3D for a 179 SQ/FT modular outdoor kitchen kiosk. Electrical Engineering: • Drawings, wirings, interior and exterior LED lightings, power conception schedule, equipment schedule. • On grid, non storage solar panels. Fixed racks for the panels (non smart or non moving) • Electrical panel ready to connect to a portable power generator. • Electric connection to utility company. • Electric panel & tankless water heater in the bathroom. • Kitchen Equipments list on file. • Please suggest interior and exterior lighting. • Three outdoor signage (1 signage for the front and 2 signages for sides (1 for each side) • POS system. • Interior Digital board ( 2 unit 32” each), to be placed on the front ceiling. • Exterior Digital Board ( 2 units 43” each) • Exterior counter two iPads for customer ordering. • Two small interior and two small exterior speakers with receiver (for music). • Please estimate electrical retractable awning. • HAVC (Estimated 24.000 BTU) • Suggestion of location for electric meter box.
